Yes, we allow up to 2 dogs with a pet fee of $100 for one dog and $150 for two dogs.
The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, a large deck with a firepit and BBQ, a fireplace, high-speed WiFi, Roku TVs in every bedroom, ping pong table, axe throwing game, board games, record player and access to a private community pool, beach, and lake.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee upon request.
A $75 fee applies to bookings made within 48 hours of the check-in date. There is also a small fee of $12 per day per person to access the community amenities.
To use the lakes, pool, and sports courts, guests need to purchase wristbands for $12 per day per person at the community office. Make sure to register your vehicle and submit the required information at least 3 days before your reservation starts.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your check-in date.
Guests can cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
